The day

Introductions, first conversations, and the intention you are bringing into the room. Before the work begins, every man knows why he is here.

Ignite
Breathwork with David. Not relaxation. A deliberate session to shake off what you carried in and wake up to where you are. Everything after this lands differently.

Forge
A military-guided physical training session. Where you find out what you are made of and the group starts to become something.

Anchor
The ice bath. What happens in your mind when your body wants to quit is the real work. You choose to stay. That decision follows you into the week.

Align
The workshop. Every man names the one thing capping his business. The room tells him what to do about it.

Reset
Hypnosis with a professional who works specifically with entrepreneurs. The subconscious patterns capping your performance get addressed directly.

Commit
The closing circle. Every man states out loud what he is going to do. Witnessed by the room.

The Feast
Steak dinner and cigars on the terrace as the sun goes down. You earned it.
